Hello! I’m trying a new thing with this email newsletter where I write blog posts in antiquated formats with easily-accessible tools to read them on modern computers. First up is a short Hypercard stack I wrote last night, after spending a lot of time this weekend thinking about what my own future might look like and how I get there.
To read the post, follow these instructions
Download a disk image of the Hypercard stack here.
Go to HypercardAdventures.com.
Once the emulator finishes booting, click From File and open the disk image you downloaded in step 1.
(This may take a few tries. Refresh the page and try again if it doesn’t work. You’ll know everything’s fine when a disk image appears on the desktop)
Open the disk image on the emulator’s desktop, and double click the Hypercard stack inside.

If you have any issues getting this working, please let me know! If folks enjoy the format, I plan to keep writing blog posts like this using other tools, and I want to make sure this is as accessible for you all as possible. Likewise, if you like this idea, please also let me know, it helps to be motivated to produce more of these.
